Sutherland Basketball has a strong commitment to supporting and developing our Referees, Score-bench officials and Statisticians and are committed to the provision of ongoing training to ensure there is a pathway for all our technical officials.
Sharks operates full “LiveStats” on our Senior Men’s and Women’s competitions and this is used as a key training environment for the ongoing development of statisticians within the association.
Sutherland Sharks provides ongoing training, courses and professional development events throughout the year. These courses include community courses for entry level officials, right through to providing courses for our more experienced and aspiring referees, score-table officials and statisticians.
